24 inches away from autoflower seed with 1000w lamp? Is this ok?

I have a 1000w watt led lamp and I'm currently doing a 24h schedule at 24 inches away. The temperature has ranged from 63-82 and the humidity 25-48%. Is this distance away from the seed good enough?

This is about where I'd keep it in the seedling stage. I'd try to up your humidity some thou. Babies like it high. 70-75%. 🤘😤

If your seed has not sprouted, all you really need is dark and the warmth plus moisture. 70 to 80 degrees range is ideal. Once sprouted you should be about right 24 inches. If anything you will need a stronger light if you don't have one. Happy growing and hope that helps. 🌲🌲👊

Can a 1000w LED grow light be closer than 60cm (24") to a seedling?Different sources are saying: 1000w LED light should not be closer to a seedling than 60-75cm (24"-30"). The seedling should be getting 5000-7000 lux, 100-300 PAR (PPFD 18h) and 12-20 DLI.
Question: Can I put the light closer at ~40cm, dimmed to match the needed lux, par and dli

Almost two weeks old, got her first spot on a leafWhat do you guys think is the cause of this? She is only 13 days old. Is it a light burn? She's getting 16-20 DLI until she develops more leaves. Do you have a solution to stop the growth of stems?Apparently this would be due to a lack of light and stress because of the too high temperature.
I exposed them in a brighter place and I controlled the temperature to a maximum of 25/26°C.
It doesn't seem to stop...
How can I repair the damage? Is it too late?
