Noticed that the inner parts of the leaves are green but the edges are yellowing. One of my plants has yellow spots near the edges (GG) & has always been sort of droopy. The other has a brown spot on one of the leaves (60 Day Lemon). Are these signs of a Potassium deficiency?

From what I can see you must have watered too much duting 1st week so now she have droopy leaves to show you that she's unhappy with her watering. A potassium deficiency after 2 weeks is so rare that I will call it impossible as like @Paintedmythumbgreen told you : most of tje soil are pre fertilized so even if the nutrient amount is bery low their will be enough nutrient to help a seedling in her 3 first week of life at least. To me what happened is that you over watered and it became hard for the plant to absorb nutrients And maybe it harmed your roots system by making it weaker. Wait for the soil to be dry and five her less water each time even if if require to water more often 😊👍

The soil you are using has plenty of nutrients, so this isn't a deficiency. What type of water are you using? I believe the issue is most likely overwatering. A good rule is to water when the soil is dry to your first knuckle when you poke your finger in it. But in addition I would move your light up to about 40 inches if you are running a 900w led and see how they do. Then move it back down a couple inches if they start to stretch until you find that sweet spot. These new leds can beam like lasers. The water droplets on the plants can also magnify the light and cause burn issues.
