Hi growers, I am wondering if it is ok to spray Dr.doom 3in 1 during second week of flowering? I am seeing some signs of thrips, also can I thin out my plants centers to get more light down below canvas?

Thanks for the answer, I was thinking of using the DE, but I also have Bugbgone which is made of canola oil which says it is safe up to harvest?? Have u ever used it? My soil is def dry before each irrigation about every 2 days I am watering/feeding the pots are light when picked up always i learned along time ago about too much liquid with my Bonsai. Now I a. Not 100% that this is pests it just looks like some of my leafs are scratched looking with lighter green in the scratches, I also have a pile of ladybugs in there and I am seeing some small yellowish crystal like substance on my stems so I am wondering if maybe it is just ladybugs???? I will try to take pics later of the issue. Thanks for the advice NobodysBuds

The residue lasts for abit and could get covered up by flower mass and last even longer... if the ingredient isn't some neurotoxix or pesticide or whatver, maybe..? i'd look for other remedies. put a layer of DE over soil.. must replace each time you water as it must be dry to work. they lay eggs in soil, correct? they won't last longn crawling through DE. (diatamaceous earth) are you allowing substrate to dry a bit between irrigations? this may be how they got a foothold. even if coco, i'd at least wait for the color to change on surface.
