It is not in flower yet, but it is showing it sex. Those are the female pistils that have begin to form. Since, this is an autoflower, you should consider this the start of pre-flower, as the phases go very fast. Auto's will show their sex very early, and begin flowering very early. You are on wk4, so right on time for an auto flower.

It’s maturity sign and she sows her sex 😊 with autos flowering come nearly that but you can have another one or two weeks of veg in some xl strains

Virgin CBG "Pop" My Peppercorn Ever grown out a CBG plant before? When should I harvest, mostly cloudy, some / no amber?
