I'm having a very hard time getting the humidity down. I know about bud rot, mold, mildew. My question is, if a plant feels threatened, will it make it finish early? You know, will it make reach end game sooner than it should, or I want it to. Thanks!

Hi !
No, high humidity will not lead the plant into an early harvest.
70% is high, put as much fan as you can to dry the air and limit the risks.

If there is nothing else you can do to drop it I still think you will be fine although I wouldn’t want the humidity going any higher. Just make sure you have good ventilation and lots of air movement and you will be ok.

If you look at a vpd chart you will see you are still on the higher end of optimum.

Is necessary to harvest in 2 times? Give a week more for the bottom "popcorn" buds and the third plant, shorter in shadow?
