It has not sprouted in this way for about 2 weeks. What do you think is my question?

looks like it sprouted in picture? if it doesn't lose the seed shell you'll have to pry it off gently. looks sopping wet and little perlite in substrate. Might be why it took 2 weeks to sprout. At least you know it is worth the wait and to always just wait patiently. e.g. never go digging... bad idea. Though it still has teh seed shell intact, which doesn't happen often if buried too deep or in compacted substrate.

It is sprouting. Remove husk. Letting it stay wet will soften it up.

Spritz with water, allow it to moisten the membrane up, take some tweezers and remove the shell, I’ve had to do this a few times. If you have a look at my blackberry by fastbuds diary i had a plant struggle as a sprout for about two weeks before taking off in to a beauty. Next time plant slightly deeper as they use the friction of going through the soil to naturally remove the shell and membrane. Until it’s yellow and shrivelled up it still has a chance. Looks nice and green to me, just have to give it a hand with the shell.
