Some still have white hairs. But all are showing a very tiny few amber trichomes.. Should I harvest now? Or should I wait for all hairs to go brown? 😬

That last picture looks nearly ready. But no, if there's still loads of white hairs like that she's still growing and no where near the end

Wait until 95-98% brown pistils/hairs, this is when the cannabinoids are at their peak. Waiting until all the pistils are brown will give you over ripe plants with reduced THC levels, but with elevated levels of CBD and CBN, which are both non-psychoactive cannabinoids. Amber trichomes means more of a body than head high, due to THC breaking down into CBG and CBN.
