I think you may have a slight deficiency in boron and calcium. Try taking a look at this link (https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=153531) and compare your photos, I could very well be wrong :)

puede ser una deficiencia de boro, pero creo que se debe a que la luz demasiado cercana emite demasiado calor o demasiada luz

Brown points and yellowingYo. I have 4 identical plants.

But top has some coloring of brown.
Also, i feel like all 4 girls are slow in flowering.

I’ve been having some issues with yellowing leaves and some other issues with browning and wilting/curling which I thought was initially nutrient lock but what I noticed is all four plants were not stunted and continued to grow normally.Leaves. Color - Yellow

Cal-mag issue that won't go awayI keep getting a cal-mag deficiency. I have been using 1ml per liter of water - 4ml roughly per gallon. It is only 1 plant, the same which has had the same cal-mag issue since early veg.
I include cal-mag every watering and nutrient feed day.
