Day 86 and still no amber trichomes

I can't really tell from the pics, but the calyx structure and bud looks done. The trichomes from what I can see are nice and milky. A lot of times amber trichomes will come in during the curing process as the plant continues to mature as the cannabinoids isomerize. If you have an Iphone, you can get a decent trichome shot by getting it focus as close as you can without zoom, and then zooming in.
If it were me personally, I'd give it another week, checking trichomes the entire time.

Are you mistaking pistols for trichromes? try a jeweler's loop or a magnifying glass
