Doubt on flowering or male.I had many issues and not sure what's happening with one of the plant that doesn't look to flower like her sisters.

What do you say, how is this beginning of the 5th week going?Week 5, 3.2L pot (I know it’s small) and about 8h direct light. Autoflower topping?... and if so, when is best?My friend is recommending that I top at the fifth node with the knowledge I'm growing autos.
However, many grower's here discourage it completely for autos.
What's the best practise? I've never topped so this may need spelling out for me.

Amber and still many clear trichomesApproaching harvest time and im confused with still seeing a lot of clear trichomes.
I identify already about 40%+ amber trichomes at the top of the main cola fading to 20% amber in the middle of it.
Lower buds/colas have 20% amber.
