A rule of thumb: move up from the seedling pot (generally .5 or 1 liter) when the leaves are growing over the edge of the pot. In your case: definitly transplant asap. The seedling is well developped and the little 0.5 pots are no longer sufficient to support further growth.

All plant show def due to bad weather and pot not dry after 5 days, help?weather been bad all week (cloudy, windy and cold; 9 celcius at night and 14 during the day). Ready or Not Ready to Harvest?I'm wondering if my plant is ready to harvest. I still have white hairs but many have turned.
