Organic dry amendment fertilizers and transplanting. When to amend?

When using dry amendments, does the amendment schedule reset when you transplant with newly amended coco? I transplanted from 1g to 3g and the newly added 2g of coco was amended with the proper ratio of amendments. Do I only amend for the missing 1g from the "old" coco?

I amend my soil also and top dress about 3-4 weeks after transplant. You should be fine doing the same, maybe a little sooner if she’s a heavy feeder.

If I amend my soil, I try and assume the nutrients have been used up in the first pot, so I will re-amend to the size of the full pot. I also will top dress as needed if the amendment wasn't enough or was missing something. Organics are pretty safe on the overfeeding unless you also dump a ton of microbes in at the same time an they make all of those nutes available too fast.
