Well, not sure about what your question is... But I see glossy leaves showing N toxicity Too much Nitrogen will slow down and decrease buds size as the plant uptake nutrients used for growing stems and leaves.

maybe, that is wet from a foilar spray? but if it is glossy and shiny, it is over-nuted and might be part of the issue? is it an autoflower? just keep plugging along, but do lower nutes. All you can do for these. is it a photoperiod? Ensure it's getting uninterrupted darkness with no light leaks for ~12 hours. even 11 hours is safe most times, but 12 is safer. I don't see re-vege symptoms... leaves will look very different, you won't miss it if it starts to happen. so if oyu get funky leaves that means the hormonal balance in the photoperiod has shifted back to vegetative growth instead of flowers. if it is glossy, i wouldn't drown it in water. give a diluted mix of ferts -- likely with reduced N a good idea -- and ensure 20% runoff on your next irrigation cycle. this'll help rebalance substrate a bit.
