All u need is a tent, a light, a fan, pots, soil, water and the Green Buzz begginer pack, costs 20€ for a complete set of nutrients that will last you for about 6 to 10 grows on that tent size. If u need a stronger light but have a rly low budget those chinese ones can come to be very cheap. If you cant afford a ph + ec meter, buy bottled water, 5l = 50 cents and will last you a long time, label specifies ec and ph, u want something around 6.5 ph and under 200 ppm. If you need more soil and still cant afford it, look for a untouched placed in nature preferably with canes growing in the area as canes have an uptake of nutrients too similar to cannabis so soil that works for canes works for cannabis, the darker the soil the better but its not always the case, some lighter color soils can turn out to be really good. Stay lit.

$100 was my initial startup. Then I ordered some cob lights from Amazon because I wanted more plants.

Not sure where you're located but I'd try local classifieds. If not sometimes hydro shops will sell used equipment.
