Hi! It’s a Thrip!
Those are the most annoying! It’s hard to get rid of but you need to be spraying your plants it lost coast or dr Zymes a few times a week, place yellow sticky traps everywhere, diatomaceous earth on top of the soil, and even maybe a bug sucker. Good luck! They can get out of control quickly✌️🏻💚🌿

Looks like white fly. Just use neem oil in a little water and spray the plants and they will disappear 👌👌

Looks like an adult thrip... I grow organics so when I encountered these bastards, i sprayed with 1 part hyrdorgen peroxide and 3 parts water... try and shield the bud sites when you spray... I did this every 3rd day.... I do believe I just contained the damage but never really got rid of them until you do a complete cleaning.

Got a tipburn in one leaf and 2 others with extremely little holes, but didn't see any bugs or look-a-likes in my grow.

Do I harvest?Hi, I'm looking for advices about how to harvest. In the pictures you can see the trichomes of this plant, she is in her 11th week. I think that the trichomes still are transparents. Is first harvest using a microscope, and is just my 3rd harvest.
