Hey Friend, I would say you shouldn't do any stress at this age. Defoliation at this time will not make so much different to yield. But by doing stress, you can cause not only your final yield but also other problems. Happy Growing... ✌️ 💪

Hey friend , It’s not recommended to defoliate /stress your flowering plant during that phase but , if it’s really needed and plants are really crowded there , you better tuck some leaves out . But not a lot at a time not to stress the plant 🌱 ✌️✌️

Defoliating or continuing lst only?Should I defoliate before flower?she's really bushy down low and has some huge fan leaves which are blocking out a bit of the light to bud sites. Should I just continue to lst her and wait until the lower bud sites grow out more or should I defoliate a bit before flowering?
