VPD Temp/RH levels for high CO2 enriched grow?

Hi, trying to finish setting up my grow. I'm seeing different VPD and ideal temp/RH levels online and in the book I got. Can anyone tell me what I should shoot for in veg/flower? Ill be running dwc, LED lights w/UV and IR, and CO2 enrichment. got R/O water and GH nutes. Thanks!!!

Is It Safe to Direct Humidifier Mist Above Grow Light in Tent Setup?I want to place my AC Infinity humidifier outside my grow tent and direct the mist through a pipe into the top of the tent, as shown in this diagram.
