Tiny White Specks

Please can you help me Identify what perhaps could be the cause these tiny white specks on my fan leaves?
These plants were moved outside recently, in the past 3 weeks but they have had it for some time.
My permanent outside plants does not have this at all

Tiny white dots is usually spidermites. You can battle them with a little dawn soap mixed in water and spray the undersides of all the leaves then the top sides. Repeat as necessary. Cheers

Bugs! Look under the leaves and in the soil for what kind.

I do not understand why the veins of the leaves are light yellow!!Friends I need your help! I do not understand why the veins of the leaves are light yellow!! is the EC too high? or, on the contrary, too low EC!! The EC level of these girls was 0.7 EC but yesterday I lowered it to 0.6 EC! One plant is looking bad but still doing it good leafs hanging it looks strangeIf you can see on the picture one plant is looking a little bad. She grows in the length better than the other one but the colors looks a little like yellow or lightgreen and the leaves hanging down and feels hard or raw. But she's still doing it good! Over feeded? To much water?

Need help! Promix hp or bx users (experienced)Question for those using promix bx or hp. I'm a grower of 15 years just started using this soil and can't seem to get this soil right.
