leaf color pigments

I have an hso blue dream in veg 7 weeks from seed but on 2 separate leaves on this plant it almost seems that it has no color pigments in parts of the leaf. The lines are very distinctive and split evenly. Has anybody else seen this or know what it is?

Genetic mutation, i forget the exact name. You can google Marijuana genetic mutation and see examples.

Do I need to add more cal-mag? What are the spots on the leaves?My plants are getting some weird spots and looking very light colored and droopy. Does it looks like N toxicity to you?The strain is Jack 47XL auto. Leaf looks a bit too shiny to me but bud development is fine.
For comparison, the plant on the left has dark/shiny leaf; the one on the right is the same strain, use the same nutrients but the leaf looks normal.
