Use the manufacturer nute schedule always as they’re developed for proper ratios and dilute the solution to reach your required ppm

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. LED distance in grow 80x80x160I placed the LED at a distance of 45-50cm from the seeds
and consequently it was about 65-70cm from the larger plant.
I have 4 plants
Is it ok like this?
I don't have a luxmeter and I use the phototone app to get an idea of the PPFD in each plant.

Pre run test showing high temp and low humidity,Hello,I have pre run to test the temps and humidity on my first one ,i run a 600w hps in a 1x1x2 tent with 5 inch rvksileo extract my temps at at 35c and my humidity below 30 despite setting for 55% would a test without a plant be false ? Tent too hot?I added two blurple lights - I'm not sure how much they're helping growth but they are definitely making the tent hotter - about 5 degrees F. I have a fan blowing at the bottom of the tent and at top over the lights but I'm worried that it might be too hot. Should I ditch them?
