does co2 directly affect flowering? Beginning to think the reason she will not flower is lack of co2 due to being inside and only having inside air not outside air.

Well I’m surprised you’re using 16/8 if you want it to flower. 12/12 lighting minimum and there’s the same CO2 inside and out so that wouldn’t make a difference unless you’re in an air tight room

Hi! lack of CO2 won't stop it from flowering This strain can take 9-10 weeks to flower so you have plenty of time still. When did you start to see preflowers forming? From the pics you might be at week 2-3 so she looks perfectly normal to my eye atleast. The buds start to really develop after the strecth is over and after that they will start to swell and ripen. Happy growing
