Believe it or not but these are 8week. They are growing leaves but not getting taller. I have raised the light but nothings changed. Anyone know why. Also would this mean I will get more buds of them? Its my 1st time growing.

Can't tell exactly from your photos, but I'm gonna go with rootbound. There is no space between nodes but your plant looks like its trying to be big and healthy.
Your plant will only grow to a height in proportion to how deep its tap root can dig. It looks like your containers are very shallow. Looks like a 1L square container that like 6-8 inches high, with soil not even to the top.
If thats the case, repot to a bigger and deeper plant pot. (Also, don't bury it deep or this will happen again shortly after)

I didnt notice the roots was coming out the bottom of the pots. Will this be why they arnt stretching then?

Hello Ann132,
Sometimes plants don't develop if they don't get enough pH 6.2-5.4 water regularly and the nutrients necessary for growth. Are you giving them enough water and nutrients?

Dark leaves and short/compact plant18 days from seedling. Dark and a bit rumpled/twisted leaves. Branches are coming out but they don't have much space to breathe from the big leaves. Started topping with some chicken manure pellets, too much nitrogen? Also, the 36W LED lamp is only 20 cm away.

1 of my plants looks differentAny info on the middle plant in the first photo. it’s smaller and seems to be more dense then the other 2 it’s odd. Same seeds as the others is it just odd genetics ? The fan leaves have been fatter and wider. Seems completely healthy.
