the lower leaves are getting even more yellow and the tips of the leaves are browning, the top is green and the plant isn't growing. what's the problem?

I think that is nute burn + lack of nitrogen + root bound + possibly overwatered and underwatered.
And click the "ask question" button only once there is also something wrong with yout browser.

I'm worried about this seedling. She's having trouble on keeping up with her sisters. I noticed a yelow color on their tinny tips 🤔
Cotiledons got brown pretty quickly too.
She took longer to "open" the cotiledons after popping from the soil.
