You can save the small one by ceasing to overwater it. It doesn’t need/ can’t uptake anywhere near the levels of moisture I’m seeing in that photo.
No need for fertilizer on the first, either.
Nothing to worry about with either plant beyond overwatering.

My baby fell aut of her pot and layed naked on the ground for an hour or 5. Will she be okay?Yesterday i got home amd my baby was fully naked on the ground, and the pot had fallen in the gground. Auto Pounder - Flush 1 Week - Time to Cut?Hey beautiful people,
So had the Auto flushed a week ago, little moisture still in the soil, want to chop to give others room but think (from memory) need to let her dry the soil out totally to use all the left over goods in her stems etc

Seedling grew tap root but has white cotyledonsSprouted two bubba kush, first one is fine but second one never popped through the soil.
