Potassium deficiency?

Can you confirm this is a potassium deficiency? This happened after a flush of an amended soil (SoHum), please take into account before you answer. I do have some Down to Earth Organic White Azomite Powder OTW, just not sure how much to add yet.

Why did you flush if you don’t mind me asking? You shouldn’t have to flush an organic soil unless you have some big problems. If you didn’t have any issues before flushing, you’re most likely gonna have them now as flushing washes away beneficial microbes in your soil. These microbes are what breaks down the amendments and turns them into a usable nutrient for the plant. Without them, your plant will start to suffer. Also, azomite is great. I use it when amending my soil and in compost teas. It won’t really treat a deficiency but it’s great for trace minerals and as a “house” for microbes. Since you flushed the soil, I’d let it dry out completely and then give a compost tea to get those microbe populations back up. Check out www.composttealab.com for info and recipes.

Nothing too serious, but ease back on the nitrogen, as too much of it can burn the leaves like the way yours look. I too am curious as to why you thought you needed to flush your soil in the middle of the plants life? Try giving some seaweed extract to boost your soil biological life back up. Hope this helps.
