Nuteburn or Deficiency?

Yes, I believe this is the beginning of nutrient overload. Even though you are using bio/organic nutrients, you can still cause soil problems by feeding too much and too often. Go back to plain water for a week so your plant can recover and use up any excess nutrients in the soil before feeding again. Try only giving half strength when you resume feeding. Your plants will still grow fine, but you will avoid making them ill. At this age/size, your plants don't need a whole lot of nutrition, they are still babies. Ease up on the nutes, give plain water between feeds and your plants will recover and thrive. Hope this helps.... Organoman.
