Veg wilting at week 5 while the other are fine

Hi all , I’m in week 5 and 8 of my 20 plants are wilting. I’m growing in rockwool . Hydro. This is my first time growing so I’m not sure what I did wrong. It is still heavy so I’m guessing it hasn’t drink .

Light or water issue?I switched my 37 day old plants to full spectrum light 2 days ago and noticed they seem to be getting droopy mid aft (lights on from 3am to 9pm), im not sure if thats the issue or if im over/under watering them, i give them 500ml every 24-36 hours depending how the pot feels.Plant.
