HELP! Sudden drooping/wilting!

My plant went from looking very healthy at 14h to be wilting/drooping completely by 21h! Any clues? is this pythium? Checked root tips coming off fabric, all looks nice and white, and no foul smells. More in diary.

Yea, then don't change anything yet, I bet she perks up at when the light comes back on. This happened to me in my first grow and turned out okay.
Overwatering, root issues, or very cold nights are the other possibilities, but I bet she's fine. See how she looks when the light cycle kicks in.

To me it looks like the beginning of nitrogen toxicity which leads to a "reverse osmosis" condition and causes the leaves/plant to droop.

Check your temps and humidity if its too hot and humid they will do this also

The8thChevron: It looks exactly like when she is "sleeping" at dark times. But I always give her the second feed at 21h and never saw her like this before. Lights out at 23h30ish

The way you describe it, it seems like regular circadian rhythms. Don't change anything yet. See if they perk back up after the dark cycle. Plants "sleep" and will sometimes start getting droopy an hour or two before lights-off.

Plant seems to be dying, should I flush? Drowzy plant ?I just notice my seedling plant look droopy every morning.
This is 6 hours from light goes on. Temp increase from ~ 27°c to 31-33°c. Then she will fully wake up after AC turn on.
Is this considered an issue ? Light 18/6 humid around 55-70 at night.
