Pheno 2: Doesn't bounce back, not overwatered but shows symptoms

Pheno 2: Symptoms as if overwatered and over-fertilized (N). First can't possibly be true, second neither. Neatly monitored dry and wet periods. PH dialed in. It still grows. Pheno 1 gets treated completely the same and does fine. Instability or damaged DNA? Any possibly to save?

Despite what you think, this plant is waaaaay over fed.
All seeds are individuals and what may be fine for one, might not be ok for another.

Dried Leaves, Lockout or Stress. Week 5 of FlowerPlants suddenly wilting & looking crispy like they're dry, but pots are HEAVY! Suspecting root suffocation/rot ("wet feet"). Slow/stunted seedling, why?One seedling is stunted, why?
One of the seedlings is noticeably slower than the other, it’s leaves are curled under and there’s a brown spot on one of its Cotyledons.
