Bud Trimming - Right, Wrong, Over, Under or just butchering them??? Rate my Trim please!!!

1st time trimmer here - no experience whatsoever!!! Need help understanding if I am doing it right/over/under or just butchering/Mutilating them!?!?! No good reference where I am at as all weed comes pre-ground and been 15+ years since I saw a good bud!!! Thanks in advance!

Is this "Tobacco Mosaic" on my Purple Lemonade Auto?First thought it was some water/light burns or a rust/leaf spot fungus. No other plants have it in the tent so not new light stress etc.
Seems like it's a genetic and/or Tobacco Mosaic Disease/Virus? I'll finish the grow regardless but want to confirm it's not something worse

What to do with smaller flowers during drying vs larger colas? And how do you get large colas in jars? I assume I have to trim them too smaller size right?Ok so drying on day 3/4 now and still too moist i can tell. But my rhetorical question is obviously the smaller buds will dry faster than the bigger and main colas right? Do I need to start jaring the smaller flowers then work to the bigger ones? ThanksThank you very much for the advice. Ive never used dry nutes before. These are 100% organic. Only one bag for veg and a different one for bloom. Switch bag with the light cycle switch. Sounds easy so I'm looking forward to it. Thanks again for replying.Other. General questions

Water InfoWhat water is everyone using?
I've been using spring water at pH 6.5 because my taps reading 8.3. Should I purchase a pH up/down? Also I'm growing in soil & heard pHing is not necessary just let tap water sit for 48hrs?
