They are harvestable in my opinion, so just give them plain water for the next waterings. Flushing is not as vital in soil, it is more of a concern in hydro with chemical/mineral based nutrients. In soil you are pretty safe. In future, if you are concerned about flushing, just give your plants plain water for the last 7-10 days before harvest as a good way to "flush" your plants.

So I bought this book recently for growing in soil and coco. Great wealth of info. What it started on flushing is:
Over the period of 7 days.
Day one - fresh water till run off,lights on.
Day two as day one.
Day three as day one.
Day four - fresh water till run off, lights off
Day five as day four.
Day six as day one
Day seven as day one.
Ph is not important for flushing according to the book.

Post-mortem :( was a PH problem?3 weeks of not growing -> Autopsy: Stem is violet, roots I believe they look healthy (no rotting, maybe im wrong?), and leaves are droopy and lime green. Was a PH issue maybe? (I'll plant new seeds and get a PH meter for this next grow, i shouldn't have saved money on that)

The pictures don't really show it wel but im seeing red tips on the leaves (I think) and a lot less pistils compared to the other two plants (the last two pics for comparison)
