Nuts burn

Growador
Growadorstarted grow question 4 years ago
Question for you guys, i kept in mind that autoflowers didn't need as much nuts as classic feminized seeds. I began to check the ppm today and questioned myself. Could i add much more pk if the ppms are still good for the flowering stage ? It means that i don't risk nuts burn ?

Easiest way to find out is to check the ppms of your runoff. If the runoff is higher than the ppms going in, then you are likely feeding too much. If the ppms are lower in the runoff add more nutes! This also works with DWC as the ppms in your res will change as your baby takes up water and nutes. Every plant is different and while this method isn't 100% effective when you factor in things like pH and humidity that can affect uptake, but it is the best way I know of to dial in the nutes to as close to perfect as possible.

You can push you plant has much as it can handle... There is no acurate feeding schedual for canabis. All strains react diffrently... That's what growers meen when they mention 'getting to know your strains' the more you grow the same strain and try diffrent ratio the more yo'll find what works for you... So its possiblebthat an autoflowering strain can handle way more then what you feed. The numbers mention are just set nomber has a guidance tu avoid over doing it and stunning your plant... So try and rais slowly. Up 50ppm. Make sure to water well to avoid salt buil up.. and read the signs you plant tells you if the plant trows signs of minilmal stress reduce 50ppm and waite another week to see if she handle an added 50ppm. Some strains are way more hungry and love the extra nutes while other will not like it.. so push but be smart..

Good question. No. If i use just one nutrient then it doesnt mean i can push it up to half the needed ppm for flowering, because it would still be too much of that specific nutrient even tho the ppm value was low. just feed regularly as you would, don't fill up the missing ppm with pk unless you are sure its within the range of what she can take and within the ammounts. stay lit growmie.
