Just add a caption to the pictures that tell the viewer what day they're seeing. Refer to my completely diary to see how I did it. Also, just making sure you post them chronologically will be enough for people to figure it out for the most part.

Somewhere in the diary I've made a mistake, whoever spots it first receives a price. Anyway as soon as I put a seed in a glass of water to germinate I start counting.
