Spots begin to appear on some seedlings, in the lower leaves, the plants are at 5th week, environment: humidity 55% temp 25 day 22 night, water ph 6-6.5, soil ph 6.5-7, they are in plastic pots with little holes at the bottom,unfortunately I'm inexperienced help me!

Do you foliar spray? Or dribble Nutrients accidentally on the leaves? Anything that pools up can dry spots like this. 🤘😤
