Sorry to say, but it is a male flower. All those that could not identify it as such, need to go back to school.
If they are popping up all over the place, you don't have many options, other than to either remove it far, far away from your other plants or to cull it. If it is just the odd one here or there, you could try picking them off as you find them, however, you will run the risk of missing some and this will cause havoc with the rest of your plants with seeds potentially everywhere. The other thing to remember is, pollen from hermaphrodite plants will breed plants that are prone to hermaphroditism, so this plant is also not a candidate for making some seeds from, just to get something in return for growing it so long already. Unfortunately these things happen from time to time and I know how hard it is to throw a plant that you have been nurturing for weeks into a garbage can. Also, be aware, male flowers can still open and release pollen even after they have been cut down, so throwing it on the compost heap in the back yard still has risks associated with that, if you are after prime seedless flowers. Pollen can travel many, many miles on the wind, but yet another risk to your other girls, is from pollen sticking to your clothing, if you do just throw it in the yard. By the way, great looking plants! I also love the fact that you have left all those big green healthy leaves in place to produce the energy your plant needs to grow her biggest and best flowers! Sad as it seems to cull a plant, it does give you more room for the others and with a bit of LST and a couple of extra weeks in veg, you loss from removing the naughty plant will hardly be noticeable on your final harvest yield. Hope this helps,..... Organoman.
