Some growers decide to keep their autos under a 12/12 light cycle during flowering. And that's fine, as autos grown in these conditions can still produce a fair harvest. But the buds you harvest under a 12hr light cycle will be noticeably smaller than what you'd get under a 18–24hr cycle.

They will continue flowering, but your yield will be heavily reduced. In future, grow all autos or all photoperiod plants and never mix the two. As you know, your photos won't flower at 18/6 and your autos won't produce much at 12/12. And never grow anything at 24/0, all plants NEED sleep to function properly.
