From the looks of it seems like she is ready to be harvested!
BUT your best bet to know is to check the trichomes, usually people aim for about 15-20% amber trichomes.

Yes yo can go by pistols but to know more accurately you need to check trichomes. Especially when you want to get the high you want. Harvest window is about 3 weeks depending on when you harvest in this window will determine the high

What to do with fertilized colasI've got a few colas that were pretty clearly fertilized due to an overheating issue weeks ago... is there any disadvantage to leaving them in?
