it's a matter of breeding a type of marijuana plant that is not a photoperiod for that specific trait... it is basically on a biological timer the moment it germinates...
they might. it's not 100%. Could depend on original breeding techniques and if you breed it with an auto or photo etc...

If you want auto seeds you've got to have ruderalis genes in there somewhere. If a photo. Plant had rued rallis genes in its background somewhere you might pop up with the occasionals auto flower seed, but fairly unlikely. And if you want to get auto flower seeds from your auto flower plant you either have to pollinate it using colloidal silver or something like that self pollination methods, or you have to cross it with another auto flower plant. I know some seed banks carry regular auto flowers versus feminized auto flowers, so you would wind up with some males.

How long until flower ? Why not flowering ?When i look at other peoples diaries i see that their plants most likely start flowering at Week 5-6, some even flower earlier but mine doesnt look like she is flowering any time soon.
