Sadly it's a bit to early to tell. Look for bunches appearing like grapes or a stem behind it if it pushes off the plant. These are indicators of a male plant. If it's a girl a nice white hair will pop out! Happy Growing! 👊

Your looking in the right spots just going to need few days for nodes n hairs to form if it's female. Or balls if male.

That look to be a pollen sac forming. Hoping I’m wrong but give it a few more days and see what happens. Or if your a way from flower cut off a clone and throw it in flower . Good luck to you my friend
