Those are the calyxes or the part of the flower you see on your buds!
In your case this is just a slightly swollen calyx - see those white/orange pistils (thin hairs) coming out of them? that's a clear indication for a female flower, although the overall shape, size and texture is totally different than a male stamen (pollen sack/flower/banana).

Not sure what your referring to, better pictures and a better explanation of issue is helpful. Looks like a flowering plant. Take pictures in regular white light. Helps see issues better. I don't see any hermi if that is what your asking. Happy growing and be patient.
