When can I start flowering?

I always switch them at a certain height due to my grow tent and light. Some strains, really stretch when you flip them to 12/12 and can easily outgrow your setup.

Help: potential over fertilisation or over waterningI used Biobizz bio grow, 2ml/L and sprayed them more than usual. The tip of the leaves is getting yellow. 2 plants have the leaves pointing down and seem more textured and tick. I'm not sure about the degree of ripeness.
I used Co2 for a few weeks (1000ppm), the grower says ~60-70 days of flowering, so I would be missing 10-20 days, but they look quite ripe ?

I guess EC gets diluted (biggest part of coco coir is new).
Should I increase EC of the feeding water?
