I would usually attribute those brown spots on the sugar leaves to a complex scenario, in soil. A low ph and an abundance of certain nutrients can cause lockouts of certain elements. Your runoff ec looks rather high to me, so I would start there.
Low substrate ph is also a common cause as anything below 6.2, in soil, can cause calcium to be locked out which, in turn, locks out iron and zinc.
A sure sign of calcium deficiency is brown spots on the older, lower fan leaves. If not, you may be dealing with an excess of salts in your substrate. Simply flush until you ec drops to what you feed with and ensure a ph of roughly 6.5.
