Plant delayed development

one of the 4 hasn't changed in any way, I don't believe any pistils have changed colour in the past 2 weeks, I thought it may have been a salt build up issue but I flushed it a heap of times and still nothing. The whole plant is suppose to be purple.

Purple colouration can be hard to guarantee, so you get some that will be purple and some that will not, even with seeds that came from the same packet. The issue with the pistils not turning brown could be due to the fact that you have chosen to go to 12/12, instead of keeping going with 18/6. Going to 12/12 means your plants metabolism has slowed dramatically due to less energy being produced via photosynthesis. Basically your plant is only receiving two thirds the energy compared to when she was under 18/6 and due to the reduction of energy, your plants maturation rate has also reduced. Not sure why you went to 12/12, but I would suggest going back to 18/6 as this will cause your plants to flower and finish maturing a lot sooner than keeping it at 12/12. Since she is an auto, going back to 18/6 should not affect her in any negative way. Hope this helps,.... Organoman.

I'm having issues with the heat, were hitting 41 degrees celsius here and my tent keeps hitting 30. I just introduced an intake fan from the aircon to lower it to around 25. I think it's a combination of heat stress and light stress as this is a new light so I'm still working it out, it's very powerful! I screwed up with my autos this round due to putting the light too far away as we had someone looking at the house so I only had the tent carcus and the light hanging from it but I didn't think of them reaching for light so yeah my bad... As for the 12/12 I have a clone in the same tent that I needed to start flowering to get her done in the 3 months I had. At this rate she will be done but the other 4 are concerning me.

I imagine your light is way too far away. It should be somewhere between 12-18 inches away and temps around 25C

Sometimes they won't change. Its just a different pheno of the same genetics. You could induce change by dropping the temps a bit at night, but this isn't really recommended.
