Hi Guys, has anyone use HLG650R on seed germination? bit hesitant to use this light on germination as we know how strong this light is. planning to do below - 48 inch above - dialled down to 5% - propagation dome will be used Thank you all - Happy Growing

At 48" above, you shouldn't have to dial it down at all. I also believe 20% is the most it dials down by. If you don't care about the extra wattage cost, then run it at 48" 100%. You could dial down to 20% and try 30". Great light either way!

Light intensity My plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

Bad idea?Will a mars hydro TS1000 be too strong for a 60x60x140cm tent? I have been using a TS600 and TS1000 in tandem in a tent 4x too big for the light level, I have been growing strong and tasty buds but with low yields so downsizing my tent size to maximise the light.

I know the tent is pretty small but hopefully i can do some training on the plant to grow wide Will the light do until the end? 100wats, but no light dim possibility. When your Led is too powerful for your surface. Should I raise the Led's distance to plant and its intensity ?In your experience, would it be better to put my (too) powerful LED at 60% 55 cm from the plants or 80% at 70 cm ? I have 1.511µmol/m²/s at 80% (which is A LOT apparently) and 755µmol/m²/s at 40%

Led Light dilemma I'm not sure if I should use my led light on full power? I know in the vegetative phase she needs 300-700 PPFD and I have a PPFD meter (app). On full power, I place the light around 45-50 cm from her to get around 500 PPFD but I don't trust the app , so what do you think guys?
