HLG650R grow light, - germinating seeds

Hi Guys,
has anyone use HLG650R on seed germination? bit hesitant to use this light on germination as we know how strong this light is.
planning to do below
- 48 inch above
- dialled down to 5%
- propagation dome will be used

At 48" above, you shouldn't have to dial it down at all. I also believe 20% is the most it dials down by. If you don't care about the extra wattage cost, then run it at 48" 100%.
You could dial down to 20% and try 30". Great light either way!

Seeds sprouted above soil some have helmet head some don't but need guidance?18/18 seeds pop & are now under 2 - 2ft-75w 105 PAR lights set to blue only on a 12/12 sched as they are going outside once warmer.
