To me, your substrate looks horribly dry. Give your plant a very good drink, watering the entire surface of the pot or surrounding area if it is in the ground and I am positive your plants leaves will pick up, once they are rehydrated. If they are in a pot, give enough water so that it runs out of the bottom of the pot. If your soil is overly dry, you may have to repeat this procedure 2 or 3 times, waiting an an hour between applications for the soil to swell and become remoistened from top to bottom and side to side once again. If it is growing in the ground, soaking the soil around your plant with 10-15 litres would not be unreasonable to get the entire area moist again. Hope this helps.,,....
