Also feel like the top of my soil dries up quick and underneath is still very moist, y? how do I fix this?

Hi ! Dat is niet raar, de bovenkant droogt sneller op omdat het meteen in aanraking komt met de lucht en de warmte van je lamp. Als er echt veel water blijft hangen beneden, probeer dan om de watergift te verdelen. Dus niet alles in 1 keer maar kleinere delen per keer. Kijk ook na of je voldoende afloop hebt. Succes!🌱

I had written at the end "Also check if you have enough drainage" I translated it to English for a moment, haha this is really bad🤣 What I meant was that your drainage needs to be in order. But look, HarbingerOfHarvests adds perfectly!👌 Good luck HiddenMessage!

You can try to help the drainage at the bottom.. I usually add a good layer of clay pellets to the bottom of my containers to help with drainage. Rocks or anything neutral will do. Just makes sure to clean and rinse them before using. Don't worry too much about the top being dry and bottom being moist. This is kind of how it's suppose to be. Soil is really designed to retain water. The top like Weezy said is exposed to heat and air so it will dry off quicker.. Even Evaporation will happen faster on the top of a sponge vs. the middle.
