Water Options? Tap Water is bad where I am located.

I had Just post about Water Options. Where I am, the Tap Water is shady. LOADED with Fluoride, I don't even drink it. you can taste it its so bad. What other Options do I have. I don't mind purchasing. Was using Volvic Mineral water.

Hey man, That will be alot of cost going forward for you using purified water for this instance I would strongly advise looking into RO filters or reverse ozmosis. This will probably be the best option for you if you want to go down that route though I would personally grow a plant using your tap water as a test and seeing what happens it may have a very little effect if any. RO filters last quite a while and are around 80 bucks I think though smash it in ebay and have a butchers for yourself boss :) Best of luck. Another option you have are water purifying tablets these are widely avaiable and cheap to use just find one thats for plants and you will be fine :)

Do you use a dehumidifier or tumble drier for clothes?
The condensed water that comes out of them is fairly pure, around 40ppm for me. If you have them, you could dilute your tap water with it to bring the contaminant levels down.
Just an idea as an alternative to RO water as that is expensive. Hope you figure out a decent solution my friend 😉

New Light? Find a way to raise light? More Fans? Combination? RO water flushSo finally got RO system and wanted to know if the plants can be flushed with it for a little before I have to add the cal mag and nutrients back, or do I still need to add the cal mag to the water for the flush. I have florakeen but I think I'd have to restart fresh again?
