How can I consider plant age?

I start seed germination at 28 Oct 3:00 PM. Oct 30 morning, I saw he spouting.This photo is taken at Nov 4. How can I consider his age?

Today, November 4th, she is 6 days old. Tomorrow, November 5th, she will be one week old...
And looking a little leggy - might want to move the light closer!

Budding plants are female. Age does not matter. The finish times advertised are hardly ever right. Go off the plant and how is grows and ripens. Environment and substrate etc. Will all change growing times.
