Ready for the chop?

Is my little Rosie ready for the chop? I don't see any amber trichomes using a microscope, but I think I can see some when I use a loupe. Strain should be ready 61-65 days. I think I'm at 77. My first grow so all advice welcome.

Ik zou hem ook nog maximaal een week geven.
Controleer elke dag de trichomen en maak zo je keuze🙂
Melkachtig met een beetje amber geeft een goed niveaubereik van de THC.

at thepoint where 100% ot richoms are milky u can chop. afterthat it depands on tast of a smoker.

Looks ready for the chop, some strains don't amber off.
Just harvested mostly milky and had been waiting for amber but was still a strong smoke.

When to flip to 12/12This is dosidos purple punch Feminized. Just topped and pruned big lower fans last week. It's been vegging for 10 weeks. Got two autos next to her that are two to three weeks from harvest. Should I switch to 12/12 or wait for them to finish first.

Flowering time meaning.So, when a seed bank says 11 weeks of flowering time are they referring to first signs of pistils to harvest. Or is it from seed? Sounds like a stupid question but I am seeing a lot of CP autos harvested at around 11 weeks. Think I’m week 6 of flower from first sight of pistil

Why did my seedlings all die?My seedlings all died. This is the second time. What am I doing wrong? They germinate, I plant them in Promix HP soil, they pop up in a few days. I move them to the tent. Most of them never even lose their seed caps before they die, but a couple get real leaves first.
