People say water your plant when it's 70% dry, can somebody explain how this percentage can be understood or just a more clear way, thanks in advance.

Just water when needed. 🤷‍♂️The plants need for water will be relative to the plant size and container size. Cannabis doesn't like to be wet and appreciates the dry soil and the oxygen it gets to the roots when dry. The best way to judge is to pick up the pot, you can or will learn how much lighter the pot is when it needs watering, you may also see droopy leaves. You could stick your finger into the soil and if feels dry, water or you can get a soil ph/moisture testing stick 🌱👍

Yeah just watch for the topsoil to get dry and give it a nice sprinkle. Checking the weight is a good idea too. It is better to let your plant get a little dry than to overwater it. Happy growing!

Olá amgo aqui te vou deixar a minha maneira de rega para várias medidas de de vasos mas sempre para o mesmo ambiente, 28 graus diurnos 18 graus nocturnos, 18/6 ciclo de luz Vaso 3.5 l/ 250 ml 5 em 5 dias até a 4 semana depois de 2 m 2 dias até ah colheita. Vaso 7 l/ 500 ml 3 m 3 dias até a 3 semana depois 2 em 2 dias ou mesmo até diariamente... PS: de ao regares as plantas a água não escorrer por baixo para o prato dá-lhe um pouco mais de água até veres sair...😉 Cumprimentos camarada e espero poder ter-te ajudado...👌💯🌱

You can also go by weight of the pot...I sound crazy but you get used to it, but by the time it flowers you'll know.

as i see in ur diary u are using soil. in soil while seedlig stage it shaould be moist all the time, not wet but moist. after seedlig stage when the plat is grown and healthy, u should water when the soil dries out and its dry about 2 cm depth in th soil. how much water? the water shoud come from under thepot and it ahouldbe about 20 % of waterig amount happy growing

Res change or nothing to worry about?Hi, my ppm has risen from 172 to 212 in about 24hrs. Should I change res? Shes had lights on for about 2hrs and not perked up as much as I think she normally does by this point. Hydroton is obviously new. It was soaked. Could that be why? Watering seedlings help I have 17 hours since potting the seedlings. White widow and purple kush both autos. I just used a spray bottle to moisture the soil. last week some leaves turned yellow and appeared brown dots (runoff ppm - 752 runoff Ph - 7.2 last time added: bud candy 2ml/l big bud 2ml/l, nirvana 2ml/l, calimagic 1ml, micro 0.5/l, gro 0.2/l, bloom 0.6/l ppm 550 watering 2l every 4th day. after 3 times watering with nutes i give her only regular water. I’m still really new and get quite panicky when it comes to over/under watering my plants. Advice appreciated.When do I add more water, currently when i poke my moisture meter in it reads dry for the first 2-3 inches, and then “moist” towards the bottom half of the pot, do I let the bottom half get dryer before adding? Using 5 gallon fabric pots with about 10” of soil in them.
